Hi, I'm Martha from Russellville and I came to Lakeside OFS for an all-on-four. When I first walked into this practice, I felt very at ease and knew I had made the right decision. The staff at this practice was very friendly and very welcoming. I felt like part of their family. Dr. Bale was very thorough and he explained the procedure from the beginning to the end. The procedure went very well. Now that the procedure for the all on four is complete, I feel wonderful. To all my family and friends in Clarksville and Morrilton, I highly recommend Lakeside OFS.
