About Dr. Bale
Dr. Forrest G. Bale is originally from Spokane, WA, and moved to the River Valley in 2010 to work with and eventually take over for local oral surgeon Dr. Robert Graybill. He became fascinated by the dental profession during college when his physician father introduced him to the practicing dental professionals in his medical office. An opportunity to shadow dentists and oral surgeons in their day-to-day tasks was a window for Dr. Bale into the satisfying hands-on and diverse nature of this profession. A combination of medicine, dentistry, and anesthesiology all in one career, oral surgery was a clear choice for him.
Today, as an oral surgeon in private practice in Russellville, the most rewarding part of Dr. Bale’s day is making his patients happy and impacting their lives for the better by restoring smiles and helping them find relief from pain. Nothing can touch the satisfaction he feels when patients smile again and share their stories about how much more they enjoy life, eating in public, and speaking with confidence since their treatment. Dr. Bale would like you to know that at his practice, everyone is family, and before any procedure, the entire team at Lakeside Oral, Facial and Dental Implant Surgery will work hard to help you feel comfortable and at home.
Dr. Bale is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Arkansas Dental Association, and the Arkansas State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
